Saadhya Mart Affiliate Program Operating Agreement

This agreement is between Saadhya Mart ("we," "us," or "our") and You (the "Affiliate"). By joining our program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • To join, you must submit a complete application through our affiliate portal.

  • We reserve the right to reject any application if the website or social media profile is unsuitable (e.g., contains illegal or offensive content).

2. Commission Structure (Slabs)

We pay commissions based on the category of the product sold through your referral link:

  • Stationery Products: 5% Commission per successful sale.

  • Toys: 8% Commission per successful sale.

  • Customized & Decor Products: 10% Commission per successful sale.

  • Other Products: Default rates as specified in the dashboard.

3. Payment Terms

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: We will only release payments once your earned commission reaches a minimum of ₹1,000.

  • Payment Cycle: Payments are typically processed within 60 days after the end of the month in which the sale was completed.

  • Successful Sale: Commission is only earned on "Qualifying Purchases"—which means the order is successfully placed, paid for, and delivered, and the return period has expired.

  • Exclusions: No commission will be paid on cancelled orders, returned items, or orders placed by the affiliate for themselves.

4. How it Works (Links & Cookies)

  • You will receive "Special Links" or coupon codes to promote our products.

  • We use a 30-day cookie period. If a customer clicks your link and buys within 30 days, you get the credit (unless they use someone else’s link later).

5. Rules of Promotion

  • No Self-Purchases: You cannot earn commissions on your own orders or orders for family/friends placed by you.

  • No Spamming: You must not post your links on "Coupon Websites" or use "Pay-Per-Click" (PPC) ads to promote your link.

  • Truthful Advertising: Do not make false claims about our products or represent yourself as an employee of Saadhya Mart.

6. Responsibility & Liability

  • You are responsible for the content you post on your site or social media.

  • Saadhya Mart is not liable for any indirect damages or loss of revenue you may face.

7. Termination

  • Either party can end this agreement at any time by giving written notice.

  • If we find any fraudulent activity, we may terminate your account and withhold any unpaid commissions.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
