Welcome to Saadhya Mart. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following rules:

1. Orders & Customization

  • We make gifts based on the photos or names you provide.

  • Please double-check the spelling of names and the quality of photos before sending. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes made by the customer.

2. Product Accuracy

  • Since many items are handmade or printed (like Magic Mugs or Photo Frames), slight variations in colors or placement may occur. This is normal in personalized gifting.

3. Payments

  • All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders (if available), please ensure you are present to receive the parcel.

4. Cancellations

  • You can only cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • Once we start printing or preparing your personalized gift, we cannot cancel the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver within 4-7 business days. However, delays by courier partners or during festivals are out of our control.

6. User Conduct

  • You must not upload any photos or text that are illegal, offensive, or violate someone else's rights.
