1. Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Personalized Gifts: It takes 1-3 business days to design and print your custom orders (like Mugs, Frames, Cushions).

  • Stationery & Decor: These items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours.

2. Delivery Time (Transit Time) Once shipped, your order will reach you within:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

  • Note: Delivery might take longer during festivals or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on all personalized gifts or orders above ₹999.

  • Standard Shipping: For low-cost stationery or smaller items, a flat shipping fee of ₹80 may apply (shown at checkout).

4. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a Tracking Link via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. You can track your parcel's journey live.

5. Delivery Address Please provide a complete address with a Landmark and a working Mobile Number. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
