Refund & Return Policy for Sadhya Mart

At Saadhya Mart, we want you to love your gifts! Since most of our products are specially made for you, here is our simple return policy:

1. Personalized & Custom Items (Non-Returnable) Products that are customized with your names, photos, or specific messages (like Magic Mugs, Photo Frames, Cushions, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are made only for you and cannot be resold.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products If you receive a broken, damaged, or wrong product, we will replace it for free.

  • Rule: You must inform us within 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • Must-Have: An Unboxing Video is mandatory to claim a replacement for damaged items. Without a video showing the damage while opening the parcel, we cannot process a replacement.

3. Non-Customized Items (Stationery & Decor) Items that are NOT personalized (like standard stationery or ready-made decor) can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

4. How to Start a Return? To report a problem, please WhatsApp us at [9351286099] with your Order ID and the Unboxing Video.

5. Refunds Once we receive and check the return item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
